KUALA LUMPUR: Stafford Investments Ltd disposed of 66.649 million shares of SAAG CONSOLIDATED (M) BHD [] from Sept 8 to 23, according to a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
The Seychelles-based fund's disposal of the shares in the open market, saw its shareholding halved to 5% or 51.10 million shares.
SAAG posted net profit of RM3.6 million in its second quarter ended June 30, 2009 on the back of RM58.68 million in revenue. However, at the pre-tax level, it made a loss of RM2.47 million.
